Beet salad
Hearty salad on a theme a La vinaigrette. But the taste is not the vinaigrette. If interested, come in.

Ingredients

  • Beets

    2 piece

  • Cucumber

    3 piece

  • Tuna

    1 can

  • Corn

    0.75 can

  • Green onions

    0.5 coup

  • Vinegar

    1 Tbsp

  • Mustard

    2 tsp

  • Sunflower oil

    4 Tbsp

  • Black pepper

Cooking

Wash beets and bake in the oven or in MV. I baked in MV 8 minutes. Cool, peel and cut into cubes.

Also slice cucumbers and green onions.

With corn drain the fluid.

To connect with tuna (I had a jar for salads) with the other prepared ingredients.

In a separate Cup, mix the mustard, Apple cider vinegar and sunflower oil. Season the salad, add pepper to taste.
