I want to share a favorite recipe of pancakes for my son. Tasty, fast and beautiful. In the dough I never add oil and don't beat it with a mixer, fry the pancakes on a dry pan. When frying use a little secret. My youngest always watches the cooking process, and the eldest gets the pancakes still hot.

Dough recipe for pancakes is the most common. Milk, eggs, flour, salt and sugar. Stir with a whisk. Much can not be beat.
The dough is poured into the bottle, tear the lid three small holes (just three!) and fry pancakes. The finished pancakes spread on a table and fold. You can lubricate the melted butter (but I usually don't have time to cook - not what oil, grease...)
Ready! Pancakes can be served with sour cream, any jam or honey. Today I have a funky jam from aromatic abrikoos, oranges and lemons. Bon appetit!
