Cooking
Mix together ground nuts, flour, sugar 100 g, vanilla, 2 tsp cinnamon and baking powder.
Add to flour mixture 3 egg yolks hard and grated on a coarse grater butter, knead the dough. If the dough is too stiff, add 1 tbsp cold water, if Vice versa, then add 1 tbsp of flour. Divide the dough into 2 parts. roll in balls and wrap in cling film. One part put into the refrigerator, and the second in the freezer.
While our dough is cooled, prepare a filling.
Peel apples from the skin and removing the core, cut into large pieces. I divided into 4 parts, then each quarter into 3. Moisten with lemon juice.
In a large skillet, melt the 40 g butter add the cinnamon, zest and sugar, mix well.
Add apples and stir to cook them 12-15 minutes to boil away the juice, but the pre-mold into the container with 5-6 tablespoons of juice.
5-7 minute add the raisins. At the end dissolve in the juice left by the starch and pour it into the apples, mix well. Cool completely filling.
The bottom of the form 23х33 cm cover the baking paper. Vystelit piece of dough, which was placed in a refrigerator across the surface while spreading out his hands. Sprinkle with bread crumbs.
Evenly place the completely cooled filling.

To get out of the freezer the second piece of dough and evenly grate it on a grater over the top of the meringue.
Bake in pre-heated to 175"C oven for 50-60 minutes. Be guided by your oven! Allow to cool in oven with door ajar. To get the pie from the oven, let it completely cool down to froze the apples and then cut the sides of the cooled cake to release it from the mold.
Slice the pie into portions and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
