Gentle yoghurt cake
This cake always turns out. And always a crumb left! Pie is very tasty, delicate and beautiful. Today I have it with strawberries and oranges. But for the filling you can take any fruit or berries - fresh, frozen or canned. No one can remain indifferent - checked not once!

Ingredients

  • Yogurt

    230 ml

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Sugar

    350 g

  • Flour

    380 g

  • Sunflower oil

    100 ml

  • Leavening agent

    18 g

  • Lemon peel

    4 tsp

  • Vanilla

  • Salt

    0.333 tsp

  • Strawberry

  • Orange

To prepare cake very simple and quick. It takes me about 8-10 minutes plus time in the oven. First you need to separate the yolks from the whites.

Whip the egg yolks with a mixer with sugar and yogurt. Gradually add salt, vanilla, butter, baking powder, flour and the grated rind of one lemon.

Beat the whites until foamy and gradually add to the batter.

Pour the batter into the pan, pre-oiled. Put the fruit and "drown" them in the test. Fruit or berries can take any. Fit and fresh in season and frozen, and canned.
