Cooking
Milk to heat and dissolve in it the sugar, 1 sachet of vanillin, salt and yeast. Let stand for 10-15 minutes.
Add in the milk half the flour, knead the dough well. Pan with the dough cover with a towel, in a warm place and leave to rise.
When the mass will be doubled, add the remaining flour and melted margarine, mix well. Leave in a warm place for dough to rise.
The dough should increase in volume by 2-3 times.
To cook a sweet filling for a layer: powdered sugar, mix with sour cream and vanilla until smooth. Some of the filling (2-3 tsp) to save for coating rolls.
Put the dough on the table sprinkled with flour, if necessary, to podesiti a bit more flour. Divide it into 16 equal parts. Each piece with hands to make a rope, punch it down on the table and grease filling, ie in the middle to make the rim of the filling, like so.
The stripes roll into rolls and place on a baking sheet, greased with vegetable oil. The top rolls to cover a mixture of: the remaining toppings of powdered sugar and sour cream add egg yolk, mix well.
Put the baking pan in the preheated oven and bake for 25-30 minutes at 180 degrees. Finished rolls out onto a plate.
