Salmon with sauce of sorrel
More precisely, I want to show the recipe of the sauce. And what's under it to submit... your choice: this can be meat, just sausages!!! Very simple but tasty.

Ingredients

  • Sorrel

    300 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Sour cream

    150 ml

  • Butter

    40 g

  • Dry white wine

    4 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

Melt the butter in a frying pan, add the chopped onion, slightly fry until then, until the onions are transparent

Add the sorrel, cover and simmer 4 minutes on medium heat

Meanwhile, I put to cook the fish. The recipe of cooking fish in the microwave I gave. I will repeat briefly: the fish spread on a plate (or in a bowl for the microwave), tightly zamatyvaem tape (to avoid access of air) and sent in the microwave for 5 minutes

Back to the sauce. Add in the sorrel wine and leave to stew (without the lid) for another three minutes
