Kebab on pita with rice
These juicy, spicy and full of flavor kebabs, will not leave you indifferent, kebab in Persian "grilled meat" - an Arabic dish, oblong cutlet fried on a skewer. I decided to make a not quite traditional kebab, so I used soy sauce, turned out great kebabs.

Ingredients

Onion peel, chop and mix with meat. Add chopped green onion, greens, 1 tbsp soy sosp, pepper. Mix thoroughly and with force to beat on the table. Put into the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

In a saucepan pour the soy sauce, add sugar, boil down a bit, dissolve the starch in a little water and add to soy sauce, cook until thick 1-2min.

Then a shovel to divide the forcemeat into three parts, separated 1/3 minced meat and fry a little. To connect with 2/3 parts of raw minced meat, mix well, molded from dense stuffing sausages with a diameter of 3-4 cm and 5-6 cm long to Put them on wooden skewers.
