Pork Grand
This dish is prepared we have to work, yummy unusual. The original recipe I don't expect, but looked through the recipes, did not find, I apologize, if suddenly missed, poke nose, remove reset.

Ingredients

  • Pork

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Carrots

    2 piece

  • Pepper

    1 piece

  • Tomato

    3 piece

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Tomato paste

    1 Tbsp

  • Spices

Pork cut into strips, salt, pepper and fry in vegetable oil.

Onions, carrots, bell pepper cut into large strips (I cut not very large, the husband does not like). The original carrots and peppers should be coarsely chopped.

When the meat was roasted, add the vegetables and priceseven under cover for 10-12 minutes.

Add the tomatoes and simmer until the liquid is evaporated. My tomatoes were frozen, so the fluid was quite a lot. Then add another optional tablespoon of tomato paste or ketchup (whatever you prefer) and a little water. A taste, adjust salt, spices, Bay leaf (for lovers of sour-sweet taste, you can add a little sugar). Stew on slow fire to readiness of meat.
