Milk custard pancakes with strawberry sauce
Milk custard pancakes favorite in our family, as they are gentle, thin and very tasty. And in addition to the pancakes delicious strawberry custard sauce, which I'm sure will not leave anyone indifferent.

Ingredients

    250 ml

  • Sunflower oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Flour

    200 g

  • Water

First prepare the sauce. To do this in a saucepan combine egg, sugar and flour. Stir until smooth.

Pour in warm milk, put on fire. Cook until thick, constantly (!!!) stirring with a whisk. Approximately 5-7 minutes. Remove from heat and leave to cool.

Thaw strawberries, blend it in a blender and RUB through a sieve.

Add strawberry puree and softened butter to the cooled cream. Mix well with a mixer. The sauce is ready.

Next, prepare the pancakes. To do this, join in the container the eggs, sugar and salt. Beat well with a whisk.

Pour in the milk and sunflower oil.

Sift the flour. Mix thoroughly to avoid lumps. Then pour the boiling water, stir. Let stand the dough for 10 minutes.

Bake the pancakes in the pan, if necessary, lubricating it with sunflower oil "Oleyna". Ready pancakes grease melted butter. I got 10 pancakes.
