Try it! A fairly common set of products, but you need to adhere to this preparation, no need for speed to combine the vegetables together - get that flavor, what I'm talking about!

Ingredients

  • Eggplant

  • Pepper

  • Carrots

  • Zucchini

    1 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Greens

  • Vegetable oil

  • Tomato

    1 piece

  • Tomato sauce

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Sugar

  • Chili

Grate the carrot or cut into very small cubes, onion cut into cubes, bell pepper strips, zucchini, if young, cut into strips with skin, tomato cut into small cubes. On a heated pan pour 2 tbsp oil and fry the carrots a couple minutes under the lid on nebolshom fire.
