Cooking
What is the originality of this Breakfast: we bake eggs in the oven, and instead of the usual bread served a variation on Focaccia with cilantro and garlic.
25 gr. yeast dissolve in warm water.
Gently introduce this mixture into 200 gr. flour.
Add salt and make tight dough.
Any utensils we shall grease with olive oil.
Put in it the dough, cover with cling film and send in a warm place for 10-15 minutes.
Meanwhile, start cooking eggs. In a pan with olive oil put frozen spinach.
Cook it until soft about 5-6 minutes.
Take a baking dish and put our spinach.
Parmesan cut strips and place on spinach.
Half red onion cut and put on the cheese.
Tomatoes wash, cut and put on the bow. Leave to stand for a while.
Our dough has increased in size.
Grate cheese, chop cilantro and garlic.
Form for baking smazhem butter.
Roll out the dough into a circle with a thickness of 3-4 mm.
Place in a form and put in a preheated 190 degree oven.
Baked the cakes for about 25-30 minutes.
To the tomatoes to break 3 eggs and put in the oven to the pellet for 20 minutes, then you will be served both dishes at the same time.
The cake cut into portions. I was served with delicious tomato-cheese sauce.
If the sauce is ready no, not a problem to make it: tomatoes in own juice (100g), cheese (50 gr.), pine nuts (30 g.), salt and pepper to taste. All grind and before serving for 30 seconds to put it in the microwave.
Eggs baked for about 10-12 minutes. The eggs taste quite different, more delicate and airy.
That's all! Our Breakfast is ready!
