Caramel mini cheesecakes
I present to you the most delicate dessert. Cooked very easy! Only 4 ingredients.

Ingredients

  • Cream cheese

    625 g

  • Condensed milk

    1 can

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Cookies

    14 piece

Place biscuits in bottom of each muffin

Beat the cream cheese with a mixer on medium speed until smooth, add condensed milk. Beat mass until smooth. Reduce speed to low and add one egg.

Pour the cream into the mold on top of cookie, as in the photo.

Pour the boiling water into the baking pan with a layer of 1 cm, Place on a baking sheet molds

Bake in the oven 140 gr. 15-20 minutes. Allow to cool. Put a couple hours in the fridge.

To get out of the tins and flip over to the biscuits on top.
