Cabbage in a spicy batter
You happens when after cooking soup or other food remains fresh cabbage? For the preparation of other dishes of this is not enough, as they say – neither there and not here? So this recipe will come in handy. Even the little kids who don't like Kale, eat it with great pleasure! Great idea for a quick and hearty Breakfast or as a snack for unexpected guests.

Ingredients

  • Cabbage

    600 g

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Milk

    100 ml

  • Mayonnaise

    3 Tbsp

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Parsley

    1 sprig

  • Khmeli-suneli

    0.5 tsp

  • Mustard

    0.5 tsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

    1 pinch

  • Lemon juice

    0.5 tsp

  • Flour

And so, the cabbage leaves cut into cubes, around the size is 5*5cm, can be a little more. Boil the cabbage in salted water, discard in a colander to glass liquid. For batter: mix eggs, milk, mayonnaise, mustard, pressed garlic, chopped parsley. Add salt, pepper, favorite spices, in my case it is Khmeli-suneli, lemon juice and mix well. Gradually add just enough flour to make dough, like thick cream – it should not run off the spoon and slowly drip.

Dip the slices of cabbage in the batter and fry until Golden brown on both sides in a hot pan.
