Sweet? Yes, exactly... We all used to that eat meat with mustard, hot sauce, etc... But try with sweet sauce! I especially recommend to those who like me, are worried about your stomach! Wash plums and remove the stones

Grind plums into a meat grinder. I did it in blender. Add curry, salt and sugar. Put on fire, bring to boil, reduce the heat to low and cook for 15 minutes, stirring constantly. Be especially careful! Sauce much gurgling.

To prepare banks for a spin. Spread hot sauce on the banks. Sterilize any suitable way for you. I do the old fashioned way. Put the banks in a pot, pour water almost to the shoulder. Sterilized 20 minutes after boiling. Tighten covers, invert to cover ( I have a blanket) and leave to cool for a day.
