This recipe is likely another form of cutlets, fried in egg – so I thought, when I read the recipe. At first glance it seems simple, but it turned out that this dish requires some skill. But the dish is worth it! The recipe for this dish was posted on the website in the 2009 user Kirillovaov called "Brizola" and is illustrated with me in the framework of "Coloring".
In minced meat, trying to drive one egg, salt, pepper and mix thoroughly.
A cutting Board and sprinkle with flour, take a bit of stuffing and form a ball. Of bead do the cake and the Board with flour roll it into a pancake thickness 1,5-2 mm. To 500 gr. minced meat is roughly 6-7 Brizola. Now in a Cup beat the remaining eggs, salt, add pepper and spices to taste and all beat. In a wide, flat dish, pour a little egg mixture and very gently dip formed from minced meat pancake.
Then also gently put it on a heated pan with a small amount of oil. A little trick - plate should be flat, then the meat will easily "slip" it into the pan and not break. Therefore, the egg is better to add out of the Cup portions, before each new pancake.
Make a frying pan under medium heat and fry Brizol on both sides. Please note that the fire should not be large because the egg will burn and the stuffing cooked through. And burnt Brizola we do not need!
Put the finished, fried Brizol on a plate and gently twist in roll. In the middle of the rolls can be spun for example, cheese, grated on a grater.
Ready Brizol sprinkle with chopped greens. Garnish very good rice, vegetables or potatoes. Bon appetit!
