Prepare cheese "Philadelphia", preferably the day before. Bring the milk to a temperature of 40°C. Add the lemon juice and as soon as you see that the milk starts to curl, turn off the heat and let us put aside for 5 minutes. I want to add that this recipe rolled mass is not similar to regular cheese with large granules, and will be like "flakes"! I took a special sieve for making cheese at home, but You use cheesecloth, folded in several layers and a colander. Swings the mass in a cheesecloth and drain the whey.
