Chicken loaf with peas
Tasty and tender loaf. Good hot or cold. On the festive table looks lovely. Come, treat!

Ingredients

  • Chicken fillet

    2 piece

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Sour cream

    3 Tbsp

  • Flour

    3 Tbsp

  • Green peas

    100 g

  • Bacon

    20 piece

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Black pepper

    0.5 tsp

  • Cheese

    180 g

Cover form foil. Lay out overlapping slices of bacon so that the ends hung down over the edge.

In a large bowl, mix the sour cream, eggs and flour. Add salt and pepper. Mix well.

Add cheese. Mix well.

Chicken breast finely cut into pieces. Add to sour cream mixture. Mix well.

Add the thawed peas. Mix well.

Spread the mixture in the bacon.

To cover the hanging slices of bacon.

Wrap foil. Bake in preheated oven at 200g for 30 minutes.

Open the foil. Lay the roll on a baking pan or bowl for baking. Bake for 25 minutes or until brown.
