Cooking

step-0
6 kg tomatoes, wash, cut into slices and ovarium in the pot that would become soft.
step-1
Skip the boiled tomatoes through a sieve, that would not be the skins and seeds. Leave the juice, preferably at night, what would the pulp is settled and separated from water.
step-2
Ladle gently pour out the excess water. And put to boil the remaining juice.
step-3
Cooking spices, better in cheesecloth, in a bag, then that would not catch all over the pan, add to boiling juice, vinegar, salt, sugar, and spices to taste, cook 2 hours, until boiling.
step-4
After about 1 hour of cooking, pour from the total mass about 1 Cup juice and set aside to cool, will be there to dissolve the starch, for the best density.
step-5
So we have 2 hours Uvarov ketchup, it's almost done, only a little bit.
step-6
Set aside in the chilled juice, dilute the starch and stir with a whisk that would not be any lumps, then remove spices from the pan and quickly stir the sauce with a ladle and pour the mixture with the starch.
step-7
The ketchup starts to thicken, boil everything for another 10 minutes and bottled in sterile banks, I got 5 cans, 0.5 ml and still eat. Tastes like store-bought, even better!!! The family all like it, especially with barbecue sauce goes with a Bang!!! ALL A PLEASANT APPETITE!!!
