Cooking
Prepare the bread. The specified quantity of ingredients for two medium plates or four small. I cooked half the ingredients, so I got two small plates. In the sifted flour add sugar, salt, yeast.
Enter the warm water gradually, stirring first with a spoon then with your hands.
The finished dough roll into a ball, cover with a clean towel and put a warm place for an hour
While the dough rises, cook the soup. I cooked the broth along with all the manipulation, so the broth I got was hot. And the meat that I removed from the bones, cut cubes and added to soup. Onion cut into cubes, carrots grate on a fine grater.
Fry the onion and carrot in butter until Golden brown
To the onions and carrots add the beef. Mix thoroughly so that the pieces of meat were less
Salt and pepper the meat. Add a few tablespoons of broth
Add three tablespoons of flour and quickly stir, to avoid lumps. Diced potatoes, add to boiling broth. After the potatoes sent fried mince with onions and carrots. Allow to simmer for 5-7 minutes and switch off.
Approaching divide the dough into four small balls or two more as you want. Spread on a large baking tray and leave for proofing for 10 minutes. After this time sent a baking sheet in a preheated 200 degree oven. Cooking time depends on oven and size of scones. I have small buns, so I baked them for 30 minutes.
With the finished rolls carefully cut off the top and spoon remove the pulp. The platter is ready!
Fill muffin thick soup, cover with a lid and serve! Bon appetit!
