The products that we need.
The lentils, wash thoroughly and fill with water. Put on a high heat and bring to a boil, remove the foam. Then add Bay leaf and 4 whole garlic cloves, cover with a lid and tormented on low heat for about 30 minutes.
Carrot cleanse and RUB on a coarse grater. Potatoes cleaned and cut into small cubes, onion finely cut.
In a frying pan with very hot oil fry the onion and carrots for 5 minutes. While fried vegetables, grate the tomatoes on a coarse grater (you can punch in a blender) without skin (can be with it). You can use canned tomatoes in their own juice. Then to the sauteed vegetables add the shabby tomatoes, cover and simmer about 15 minutes.
When the lentils are ready, in a pot add the potatoes and steamed vegetables. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste, cook for about 20 minutes. Then remove soup from heat, add crushed garlic clove and leave to infuse under the lid for 15 minutes. After 15 minutes of the soup extracted Bay leaf and process the soup using a blender.
