Soup
So we call it. Similar recipe on the website not found, although in our area it's very famous dish. Now, of course, is not the season for cold soup, but the season for fresh, flavorful mushrooms.

Ingredients

  • Mushrooms

    300 g

  • Potatoes

    3 piece

  • Cucumber

    2 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Tomato

    1 piece

  • Seasoning

  • Salt

  • Vegetable oil

  • Bay leaf

    2 piece

Ingredients I took for a pot of 2.5 liters. Mushrooms (it is better to take fragrant: white, birch, aspen) wash, peel, cut into cubes and put into the pot in cold water. Also add Bay leaf. A pot is put on a strong fire, like boiled - fire abated.

Cucumbers cut into, and after 15 minutes add the mushrooms. Cook everything for about an hour.

Peel the vegetables. Potatoes, tomatoes, onion cut into cubes. Carrots grate on a grater.

To do fried. Oil can pour more, because other fat in the soup will not be - but it's not for everybody. I usually fry everything together: first fill up the onion, lightly fry, then carrot, the carcass until soft, then tomatoes and tomato paste. You can fry everything separately - again not for everybody.

Fried ready to run together with the potatoes in the soup. I have put this seasoning: a dry mixture of peppers and onions. Turned out very flavorful.
