Ingredients

  • Milk ghee

    200 ml

  • Sugar

    200 g

  • Honey

    2 Tbsp

  • Butter

    50 g

  • Vanilla

    1 pack

  • Cocoa powder

    1 Tbsp

Cooking

In baked milk, add vanilla, sugar and honey.

Next, add the butter TM "Ecomilk", it will give the Fudge a special creamy taste.

Cook, stirring, over low heat until rich caramel color, it took me 30 minutes, the mass begins to thicken.

Add cocoa, stir and cook for another 5 minutes.

Pour into a silicone form ( I poured another sample into a new molds for candy).
