Candy at home
I decided to put this not even recipe, but the advice from the Thrifty housewife: in a further embodiment, it is possible to eat your favorite jam or frozen fruit. And most importantly, this dessert is very fond of kids.

Ingredients

  • Jam

    400 ml

  • Sugar

Cooking

step-0
Option 1: If you (like me) use prepared for the winter fruit puree (it had no sugar), can after the pre-defrost sweeten or leave it. In order to quickly prepared pasta, you can boil down a bit of fruit puree on medium heat (about a quarter). This time I didn't even ovarial fruit puree, and just thawed it, sweetened and put on a baking sheet in a thin layer, or rather, pour a teaspoon on a baking tray and fruit puree spread as he wanted. Option 2: If you decide to use fruits, then after defrosting they must be ground in a blender and sweeten if desired. Option 3: if you want to use jam, it's not necessary to blend (if the pieces of fruit in it for no more cherries), you can immediately lay out on a baking sheet. Next to fruit puree, jam or crushed fruit (let's call it harvesting marshmallows ) "road" one. Baking tray cover with cling film or a silicone Mat (so you can easily remove the finished candy), spread our billet for the marshmallows with a thin layer.
step-1
Place in the oven and dry at 100°C With the half-open door. Drying takes about two hours, but an hour first to dry it in the oven, then finally dried at room temperature (but it will be a total of longer time). Winter candy can be dried on the battery, but it will be longer. The willingness of the pastes can be determined by feeling it, if you push the marshmallows under your finger must be dry and elastic. The edges of the candy dries faster, dries the middle the longest. Once the marshmallow layer is dry, it needs to be separated from the film. Properly dried fruit leather to get your hands dirty shouldn't. It is soft and easily cut. If the candy inside the raw – it should be dry. If it breaks – it excessively or burned. Store dried pastille is easy and convenient. Enough to wrap it in baking paper or place in a glass jar, pre-turning. You can cut the candy into pieces and put in a jar. It is stored at room temperature.
step-2
It is actually much easier than described - got jam smeared on the baking sheet, to dry, ate, I just wanted to explain that all was clear. My baby after I cut and wrapped candy (he was a year and ten months) with the words: "yum-yum," I took the whole plate and you good appetite!
