Olives

Salt

Vegetable oil
Cooking
Peel the potatoes.
Slice with a knife scalloped circles.
Fry in hot oil until Golden brown.
Dry and season with salt.
One slice of potato put a bit of cheese.
Cheese - olive.
Put on top another slice of potato so to get the "shell". Decorate with greens and serve. Bon appetit and good mood!!!
