Description
In General this is a recipe not salad, since salad is the most common, and prescription refills. The flavor is bright and rich. I recommend making double batch at once or more, to store up to a week in the refrigerator. The longer you keep the dressing, the more reveals its taste. I hope to Post this dressing will help to diversify your meals.

Cooking
Take fennel seeds, sesame seeds, cumin, coriander, dry chilli, mix peppers, dry mint. Put into a mortar and lightly grind.
In a bowl, pour soy sauce, olive oil, Apple cider vinegar, put the honey. I used naturally brewed soy sauce TM Kikkoman. If you are using sweet soy sauce, the honey does not hang. Pour ground spices, stir. The dressing is ready. It can be stored in an airtight jar up to a week in the fridge. The taste will be richer the longer it stands the gas station.
Prepare a regular salad. Arugula is my slightly dry, put on a plate.
Next, put the slices of tomatoes and cucumber washer. Can add bell pepper, celery.
Sprinkle the salad with the pine nuts. Bon appetit!
