Raspberry frappe
A cool cocktail with a delicate raspberry flavor will cool even in the intense heat.

Ingredients

  • Raspberry

    200 g

  • Sugar

    30 g

  • Water

    20 ml

  • Milk

    200 ml

  • Ice cream

    100 g

  • Ice

  • Coconut shavings

    2 tsp

To prepare raspberry syrup. To do this, squeeze raspberry juice, raspberry pulp add water and cook 2 minutes after boiling. Strain the broth, dissolve the sugar in it and again boil for 1 minute over low heat. In the syrup to enter the raspberry juice, bring to a boil and cool. You should get about 40-50 ml.
