Mushroom puree with eggs baked
Good day to all! I want to offer you a recipe for baked mushroom puree. Served with crusty toast, this snack is perfect for nourishing and delicious Breakfast. Almost in this version, only more nutritious, this dish was rather Mikhail Bulgakov and the author of "the Master and Margarita" was a real foodie.

Ingredients

  • Mushrooms

  • Quail egg

  • Cream

  • Onion

  • Butter

  • Paprika sweet

  • Salt

Mushrooms (I have white) fry in 1 tbsp butter.
