That's all we need.
Chicken wash, dry. Put on oiled pan, add salted water to hide half of the chicken, cover and simmer stew until ready. Approximately 25 - 30 minutes. Sometimes overturned.

Make a sauce. For this purpose, a random chop the onion.
Fry it in vegetable oil until Golden in color, and most importantly to smell.
