Cooking
OPTION 1: Bread "Table set". The author's work. For any holiday, on the holiday table! Knead the dough in the bread maker.
Knead by "grated"dough for the decoration of bread flour, a bit of dry yeast and water to stiff dough.
Write "grated"the batter rest for about 15 minutes.
Our main divide dough into 4 parts.
To start modeling "Cutlery". For this I used a kitchen knife large spoon to mark the contours of future loaves.
Carefully cut along the contour.
"Grated" to roll out the dough into a thin layer, cut it into thin strips and decorate the product to your liking, as you like!
In the same way the blind knife and dessert spoon.
Baked in preheated oven at T 220* after a slight rastoni products. Grease no need. Bake until Golden brown.
The finished product after baking.
OPTION 2: Biscuits "the wish to learn". Especially good for a hot soup! The dough is the same. Batch produce in x/n. the Name has been quite different. But as soon as I come out of the oven rolls, I was told -rice mixture got so hot (hence my buns "with a surplus"), about which You will read below.
Ready divide the dough into 8 pieces, form rolls and leave for proofing.
The whole point of "the wish to learn"is that the most common muffin top covered with a layer of rice mixture, then baked in the oven.
For rice mixture, mix 120 gr. rice flour+4 oz. yeast+1/4h. tsp salt+1/2 tsp sugar+1 tbsp Rast. oil+150g. warm water (I took the water a little more). Instead of rice flour I used rice cereal for baby food.
After proofing the buns to put a layer of rice mixture.
Bake at T-220* until tender.
OPTION 3: Homemade bread. Very soft and very tasty! Somehow I didn't have time to cut the rolls and I just baked bread, which everyone liked!!! Knead the dough in the x/n.
Bake at T-210* until Golden brown.
And this is, this was the second time.
Bon appetit! All the best!
