Cooking
1. Mix 1 pack of 5% cottage cheese with 1 egg and 1 tbsp. of sugar.(if you make protein pancakes, just take protein, they are lighter and puffier, but the yolk tastes better)
2. Add 1 tablespoon of flour (protein I don't add nearly so, 1 tsp)
