Cream soup
Originality is not claimed. Just the last days of the post, to surprise yourself is hard, but eating is still necessary. The soup is fragrant and delicious.

Ingredients

  • Mushrooms

    400 g

  • Potatoes

    7 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Vegetable oil

  • Spices

  • Greens

Cooking

Wash, cut the mushrooms, leaving a third intact (4-5pcs).

Potato peel, cut. Fill with water and set to boil, after boiling add salt.

Carrots peel, cut slices, you can lay in the pan from damp,

And you can fry in vegetable oil and add after boiling. I'm fried, because I do not like the flavor of cooked carrots in soup.

Grind the onion, fry in a pan with vegetable oil, put in soup, add favorite spices. Cook until cooked potatoes.

Whole mushrooms cut into plates and fry until Golden brown, sprinkle lightly with salt and optional pepper.

Ready soup puree them in a blender, I merged with part of the broth in a separate container.

Then add drained broth and bring to desired consistency.

Pour soup in plates and spread plates of fried mushrooms and chopped greens. BON APPETIT!
