Cooking
First you need to cook the broth. For this meat fill with cold water and put on fire. As the water boils, remove the foam, sprinkle with salt and pepper - to taste.
Zucchini cut into triangles. I didn't clean, I have small and young. Sauté the zucchini in vegetable oil.
Add carrots, sliced polyolefine.
And garlic. To squeeze or cut.
For the dumplings in hot broth (0.5 cups), add chopped herbs (leave a little).
