Thick soup with vegetables and dumplings
This soup can replace a full meal. The soup is thick, hearty, flavorful.

Ingredients

  • Beef

    400 g

  • Zucchini

    2 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    3 tooth

  • Mushrooms

    200 g

  • Greens

    1 coup

  • Flour

    1 cup

  • Vegetable oil

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

First you need to cook the broth. For this meat fill with cold water and put on fire. As the water boils, remove the foam, sprinkle with salt and pepper - to taste.

Zucchini cut into triangles. I didn't clean, I have small and young. Sauté the zucchini in vegetable oil.

Add carrots, sliced polyolefine.

For the dumplings in hot broth (0.5 cups), add chopped herbs (leave a little).

Add flour, as much as take. I wrote the glass, but the flour will take less. Just supposed to be quite elastic and soft dough. Knead it a little on the table, sprinkled with flour.

Meanwhile, the broth is ready. Take out the meat and cut into small pieces. And in the broth put chopped mushrooms.
