Wonderfully delicious thing! Tender, slightly pink, soft cream with a rich sausage-onion taste. To cook a piece of cake! Universal cream for the filling profiteroles, valvano, tartlets, vegetable strata and pancake cakes, simply spread on bread. Highly recommend!

Ingredients

  • Sausage

    250 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Mascarpone

    50 g

  • Cream

    100 ml

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

Onion cleaned, cut into half rings and fry until light brown in vegetable oil.
