Cooking

step-0
For rice balls, I used a basmati rice mix.
step-1
Boil the rice in the bag according to instructions in salted water until tender. Let cool slightly and transfer to a bowl. Add rice vinegar, mix well.
step-2
With tuna drained all the fluid (if the chopped tuna, then a good squeeze through a sieve), mash them with a fork and add to the rice, mix well.
step-3
Dill wash, dry, finely chop and add to rice with tuna. Mix well.
step-4
Next, take any cookie cutter oval or round shape, cover with cling film and put first one teaspoon of rice with tuna.
step-5
Then in the middle put 1/2 tsp of cream cheese.
step-6
On top spread another teaspoon of rice with tuna.
step-7
Twist the ends of cling film to get the ball.
step-8
I got 13 balls (the time it takes not as much as it may seem, approximately 10-12 minutes). Leave them so for about 20 minutes to "glued".
