Pickled onions
Spring has arrived, so it's time to eat winter supplies. And since now more and flu season, I suggest to eat onions. It turns out insanely delicious snack, especially the beloved men, the soy sauce adds an unexpected touch to this dish!!! In our family the onion is eaten instantly.

Ingredients

  • Onion

    5 piece

  • Beets

    0.5 piece

  • Greens

    0.5 coup

  • Vinegar

    3 Tbsp

  • Soy sauce

    3 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

    6 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    0.25 tsp

Cooking

Peel the onion, cut into half rings and scalded with boiling water (if onions are bitter, scalding is not necessary).

Take a bowl and prepare the first marinade, green. Mix 1st. spoon soy sauce Kikkoman, 1st. a spoonful of rice vinegar, 1 tbsp water, 2 tbsp. tablespoons vegetable oil. Mix well.

To put some onion in the marinade and mix well.

Dill and parsley finely chop and add to the onions, mix well.

Take the second bowl and prepare the second marinade, brown. Pour 1 tablespoon of soy sauce Kikkoman.

Add 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar, 1 tbsp water, 2 tbsp. tablespoons vegetable oil. Mix well.

Put a piece of onion in the second marinade, stir.

Take another bowl and prepare the marinade the third, red. Half fresh beets grate on a coarse grater, add 1 tablespoon soy sauce Kikkoman, 1 tbsp Apple cider vinegar, 1 tbsp water, 2 tbsp. tablespoons vegetable oil and sugar. Mix everything.

Spread the rest of the red onion in the marinade and mix well.

Spread the onion along the banks and put into the refrigerator for a few hours and preferably overnight. In the morning you can eat. Men are willing to have such a bow, even for Breakfast!!!
