To prepare the products.
Apples cleaned of seeds and peel, cut into slices, place in the blender. Chop the celery, carrots, send to apples. Add cereal and honey, orange juice. Grind until smooth.
Vitamin drink is ready! If you don't like honey or have an Allergy to it, you can use maple syrup or sugar.
