Shortbread
Very delicate cookies.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    1 cup

  • Butter

    4 Tbsp

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Sugar

    4 Tbsp

  • Vanilla sugar

    1 pack

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

  • Chocolate milk

    1 piece

  • Sour cream

    3 Tbsp

Mix with a mixer the butter, flour and vanilla sugar. The butter NOT melt and spoon directly measured from the slice. Whisk separately the egg and sugar. Mix it all together. Baking tray lay a baking paper. Using a pastry bag (syringe) to form stripes, a length of 5 -7 cm

Bake in preheated to 180 degrees oven for about 15 minutes. To watch to avoid burning! Biscuits prepared quickly enough.

A chocolate bar to break, put in a Cup and put just a few minutes in the microwave (if not, then do it in a water bath). Once the chocolate has melted, add the cold cream and mix well. Dip cookies in chocolate on one side and leave for some time (so the chocolate froze).
