Cooking
Soft butter combine with sour cream and egg yolks. Grind thoroughly until a homogeneous mass (I was whipped with a mixer). Add the sifted flour with the baking powder.
Divide the dough into balls with a weight of 17-18 grams. Send in the fridge for 45 minutes ( I have some balls 17g 18g part).
Nuts chop with a knife or lightly punching a blender (no flour).
Proteins vzbit in the stable foam with sugar powder. Gently stir in chopped nuts.
On a floured Board or a special Mat for the dough thinly roll out a ball billet (up to a translucent state). In the center put the stuffing (about 1H. L.). Fold the circle in half and then in half again. For convenience, use the spatula (first blank formed manually).
Spread on the baking sheet, covered with baking paper. I got 3 of the pan.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C - 190C for 15 minutes until Golden state (watch your oven).
