Blueberry cake
A gentle, slightly damp sponge with a layer of fragrant, dripping with blueberry juice, a dusting of powdered sugar. This incredibly delicious cake is ridiculously easy and fast of the most affordable products - only 5-7 minutes, not counting baking, always get excellent results and it tastes like everything. The recipe I spotted in the book Alexander Seleznev. Try it, this recipe will become your favorite.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    250 g

  • Leavening agent

    9 g

  • Sugar

    120 g

  • Salt

    1 pinch

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Milk

    8 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

    8 Tbsp

  • Blueberries

    300 g

Cooking

Fresh blueberries to sort, wash and drain off the water. Frozen blueberries do NOT THAW!

Flour mixed with baking powder, sift through a sieve.

Add sugar, salt, eggs, milk and vegetable oil.

Knead homogeneous dough.

Split mold with a size of 22 cm to lay a greased with butter baking paper, to then not have a long and hard to clean from the burnt blueberry juice. Put the dough in shape, smooth.

Pour on top of blueberries.

Bake in a preheated 180*C oven until done (dry toothpick), about 40-45 minutes (focus on your oven). The finished cake - cake out of the oven, let it cool slightly, transfer to a platter and sprinkle with powdered sugar.

You can decorate as desired with fresh berries and mint leaves.
