It Lecho delicious. Taste the same as it was at the Hungarian Lecho in the distant 70 -ies. Why "Belarusian"? Because the recipe gave me about 20 years ago my sister, who lives in Belarus - an excellent hostess and excellent cook. It's Lecho is good because it contains only 2 main ingredients. There is not a drop of water, but most importantly - there is not a drop of vinegar. So it can be given to children to drink as an appetizer, add to pasta, add when cooking stuffed cabbage or soups (instead of tomato).

Cooking
Tomatoes and peppers wash, cut the stalk from the tomatoes and remove the seed box from the peppers. Garlic peel and finely chop.
1.5 kg tomatoes, finely chop.
Pepper cut into arbitrarily. I cut the rings.
Chopped ingredients to put into the pot. Cook for 10 minutes. Then add the rest of the tomatoes (I chopped them coarsely). Add salt, sugar and pepper. Cook for another 30 minutes. Hot cooked Lecho pour into sterilized jars and roll up. Banks turn and leave until cool. Out of this number of ingredients it turns out 7 bottles 0.5 l Bon appetit.
