Salad
Delicate layered salad for the holiday table and beyond. Is made from simple and readily available ingredients.

Ingredients

  • Beef liver

    300 g

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Figure

    0.5 cup

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Corn

  • Mayonnaise

  • Vegetable oil

Cooking

Boiled liver mince. Boil the rice in salted water, drain in a colander.

Finely chop the onion and fry in small amount of vegetable oil.

Boil hard boiled eggs, cool, peel. Finely slice.

To open a jar of corn, drain in a sieve to drain liquid.

Salad put layers, each layer is slightly compacted: 1 layer (bottom) - liver 2 layer-roasted onions 3rd layer-mayonnaise 4 layer-boiled rice 5 layer-fried onions 6 layer-mayonnaise 7 layer-eggs 8 layer-9 layer mayonnaise-corn
