Cooking
Cook the potatoes until tender, sprinkle with salt, make a puree with milk, add the butter and grated cheese, all mix well.
Prepare the stuffing: mix it with 2 tablespoons of soy sauce (salt is not necessary), optional add the onions.
Form grease with butter and spread layers: mashed potatoes, stuffing. Better to spread in thin layers, so the beef cook faster. The last layer should be potatoes.
Sprinkle top of cheese, pour two lightly beaten eggs and put in oven on 200 degrees. Bake 50 minutes, not less, to the stuffing ingredients are cooked thoroughly. To reduce cooking time, the stuffing can be pre-fry in a small quantity of vegetable oil. Serve with sour cream or your favorite sauce.
