Ingredients

  • Chicken liver

    450 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Vinegar

    2 Tbsp

  • Nutmeg

  • Brown sugar

  • Black pepper

  • Sour cream

    3 tsp

  • Cheese

    80 g

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Vegetable oil

  • Greens

Rinse the livers and Pat dry. Onions to chop half rings and fry in vegetable oil for 2 minutes Put into a bowl. In the same oil fry the liver for a minute on each side. Add the onion, vinegar, sugar, musk. walnut, crushed garlic, pepper and cook 4 minutes. Lay the liver in portions molds put 1 tsp. of sour cream, sprinkle with grated cheese mixed with chopped greens and put in the microwave for 1 minute or in a warm oven for a few minutes so the cheese melted.
