Cooking
In a pan (2.5 litres) to pour the filtered water,rinse with fresh and dried mushrooms,and put them in the pot,after boiling remove the foam ,reduce the heat and allow to simmer under a lid for about 25-30 minutes.
POEA mushrooms give up their flavors to the broth we have time to cook pumpkin omletiki,this should warm up the pan,send 1.5 tbsp of butter and the pumpkin.Stirring constantly, saute the pumpkin on low heat until tender(about 10 minutes)
Two eggs stir with a fork and add starch, salt, sugar,ground Jerez,saffron,nutmeg and prepared pumpkin(ready for it were two full tbsp) and mix.
The mass turned out too thick and I added a spoonful of sour cream,again mix the mass.
Warm up the pan,put some oil and abirim here are wonderful omlette from two sides,not in a hurry to turn,wait until top of the pancake gets full,then it is perfectly overturned.Cut in half for some scrambled eggs,put on top of each other and cut strips 1 cm. I got three omlette.
In hot pan put butter,add the vegetable oil,peeled onion cut into small kulika,carrots prepared in thin strips and saute until transparent bow. At this time, take out the boiled mushrooms from the broth,cut them into strips and sent to the browned vegetables,make the fire stronger ,and preventing them lightly fry onion and carrot
