In this snack is organic infused creamy taste of cheese, sour-sweet note of dried apricots, the sweetness of the orange sauce, the aroma of the honey and the final touch - crunchy peanut caramel. Serve this snack with champagne or a light dry wine, and your guests will love it!

Caramel nuts prepare in advance. Nuts are put on toothpicks. Melt in a pan the sugar to a Golden caramel, dip the nuts into the caramel and put into a book that lay on the dais.
