Pickled pepper whole
I tried a pepper in-law – just stunned, soooo delicious!!! And most of all I liked that fuss – at least, as chili is super-duper!!!! My husband even drank the pickle juice, so he was good. To put it better in 3-liter jars, since all that less is eaten immediately after opening))))))) Thank you, dear sokrovisca, for a wonderful recipe!

Ingredients

  • Sugar

    500 g

  • Vinegar

    400 g

  • Vegetable oil

    500 g

  • Salt

  • Pepper

Pepper is very good my every percino good needle prick (safety pin), add to the pot and cover with cold water. Bring to boil, pepper is obtained as blanched, take it out of the water, put in jars (sterilized). In the water in which pepper "cooked" add sugar, salt and oil before boiling, add vinegar. When the marinade is boiling – pour the pepper, roll up cover. Turn, wrap it up until cool.
