Cooking
I cooked the soup without legs, but who wants meat the first step is to cook the broth. Remove meat from broth, separate it from bones and put back adding diced potatoes. Salt to taste and cook on low heat.

The recipe needs more salt, I did not do as cheese and so salty, this is enough for the filling, a little more when it was peppering.
The test squares put a teaspoon of stuffing and like to clip, as the dumplings. The photograph clearly shows that the geometry and modeling of dumplings I'm not very friendly. Decision at squares 2х2см., so the soup will look more beautiful.
