Marinated raw fish
My favorite fish sandwiches. In advance I ask not to throw Slippers and on the head with a ladle not to beat. Very tasty fish, but it is still raw or almost raw! Not everyone dares there! For those who dare to try, I decided to share the recipe.

Ingredients

  • Herring

    1.5 kg

  • Water

    500 ml

  • Salt

    2 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    2.5 Tbsp

  • Vinegar

    2.5 Tbsp

  • Spices

    4 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

    10 Tbsp

Clean the fish and pour the marinade. For the marinade, mix the salt, sugar and vinegar. Pour the fish marinade and put it in the fridge until tomorrow.

The next day you can start to prepare the fish. Fish should be lighter and softer after a stay in the marinade. Now you need to remove the bones. If the fish marinated enough, the backbone of the fish comes out easily and whole. I put the carcass back in my finger, and the bones begin to move easily.

Next you need to fold the fish into the box in layers, sprinkling each layer with spices. On each third layer I pour a little oil. Put all the fish and lightly press it. All!
