Fish cake
For the recipe, I want to say thank you a great chef Khlebnikova Irina! The cake turned out delicious and beautiful.

Ingredients

  • Fish

  • Carrots

  • Gelatin

    1 Tbsp

  • Dill

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

Fish fillets cut into strips. One carrot cut into thin slices, the rest grate on a medium grater.

Do fill: the milk mixed with eggs, salt and pour our cake. The last layer should be covered with fill, if the fill a little add the egg with the milk. Leave for 15 minutes. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and put it in our dish for about 1 hour. Allow to cool in the form. Without removing paper, place on a platter and refrigerate for 2-3 hours, but you can, and at night, so the jelly is frozen and layers of tightly clutched. Remove the paper.
