Indian pastries with apricot jam
Pleasant taste, delicate cake. This cake can be cooked in the family for a festive tea party and meet guests.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    3 Tbsp

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Powdered sugar

    3 Tbsp

  • Cream

    100 ml

  • Soda

    1 pack

  • Jam apricot

  • Powdered sugar

    2 Tbsp

Cooking

To separate the egg whites (3 PCs.) from the yolks. Beat egg whites into a light foam.

Add to beaten egg whites 3 tablespoons powdered sugar. Continue to beat whites until resistant peaks.

Beat egg yolks, add 1 packet of baking soda TM". Oetker".

Add 100 ml. cream with fat content not less than 33%.

Add to the mixture egg yolks and soda 3 tablespoons (with a small slide) flour. Beat until smooth.

Add to the whipped protein yolk-cream mixture. Liquid knead the dough gently with a spoon from the bottom up.
